As a mother who has sons, specifically blacks sons who are growing into one day becoming black men, it has been important to me to include them in environments where they can thrive. I will admit that it has been a struggle to find such a space until Our Kings.

Our Kings has provided a SAFE space where my son can be him and is encouraged to be proud of his heritage and cultural. Our Kings has not only fostered his ability to lead through his experiences as a big brother in the brotherhood that Our Kings has fostered, but also contributed to his confidence to do so. This has served him well within Our Kings and outside of the organization. There is absolutely NO other program like this around that I have come across that meets that fosters and encourages leadership, brotherhood, and kindness while also teaching real life skills. Our King is preparing my son to walk into spaces as a leader with confidence in his capabilities. He is celebrated and supported so much from the Our Kings family, that they will forever be a part of our family.

Thank you so much Anya and team. You all have definitely made a great everlasting impact on our family. Please continue with your purpose of positively impacted our kings in the making.
