The saying goes, "It takes a village to raise a child" but it should finish with "it takes a community to support a mother." In a society where mothers are giving the title superhero and expected to do all things for the household and family. we have quicky realized that many mothers are isolated and lonely, becoming overwhelmed with the pressure place on their shoulders all the new responsibility it starts to take toll on their mental health. Feeling defeated before they even start the race.
OUR KINGS was created for Black boys to have a place of belonging and for their mothers to have a community where they are support and don't.

For mothers with sons ages 0-5, we have created a place for you to be able to get questions answered, make a sisterhood in motherhood and learn all there is to know in this excited but overwhelming new chapter of your life.

FOR BABY.
Baby boy is now on his way or has arrived. As a mom you are filled with excitement as well as fear. Fear because of what society has place on your sons back before he is born and into childhood and as manhood, but with complete excitement to be a part of this amazing community of mothers that are known for strength, courage and gumption.
Having a safe space for you and your son to belong to is key to knowing you are not along and have other mothers with Black boys to surround yourself with for mental, emotion and physical support that is so needed in this motherhood journey.
Creating a space for Black boys to be uplifted, inspired and celebrated we start this at the young age of arriving.
We believe a K.I.N.G is born and should be treated as such.
